This is our quick trip to Fairbanks.
We went to Chena Hot Springs and toured the Ice Museum. It is the only year round ice museum in the world. Everything is made of ice - the building, floors, furniture, etc. It was 16 degrees inside when we were there. They have 4 bedrooms that you can stay in - for 600 dollars a night.

We also went to North Pole, Alaska. Saw santa and his reindeer.

Ate at Big Daddys Barbecue. Which has been featured on Drive Ins, Diners and Dives.

And did LOTS of shopping!!

Polar bear bed - people actually pay to stay in these rooms. They get caribou hide and sleeping bags. It only cost 600 dollars a night!!
