Another musher in!

The guy on the snowmachine is the "trail breaker" just like in the real race. But his job in this race is really to keep moose off the trail. Look at the little guy with the wolf hat, he is holding a clip board. He was one of the checkers along the trail.

These moose hung out at our house all day Sunday.
It is a cow moose with her bull calf. Notice the little bumps above his eyes.
They wandered around eating tree branches and then laying down to rest. They eventually ended up in our driveway, just steps from our front door!! It was a very exciting day!
